Paid EMT and Active Member–Volunteer EMT applicants: Attach the completed application, a valid driver’s license, EMT certification card, and CPR/AED card at the BLS Provider level. Applications missing any required item will not advance to an interview.
Active-Trainee and Contributing Member applicants: Attach the completed application and copies of any current certifications or credentials.

Paid EMT / Active Member – Volunteer Certified EMT: A valid New Jersey, National Registry, or Pennsylvania EMT certification; American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR/AED certification at the BLS Provider level; and a valid driver’s license are required. Attach copies of all three credentials with the completed application. Incomplete submissions will not advance to an interview.
Active-Trainee: For someone currently enrolled in, or interested in enrolling in, an EMT certification course. Attach the completed application and any current credentials.
Contributing Member: For non-medical volunteers who support fundraising and other organizational needs. Attach the completed application and any relevant credentials.
Experience is preferred for certified EMT roles but is not required.
